ARMY LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENTS MODEL

The new NCOER evaluation system, effective 1 Jan 2016, is based on the Army Leadership Requirements Model.  Therefore, it is extremely important everyone understands the components of this model and how it relates to the development of Leaders.  Refer to FM 6-22, ADRP and ADP 6-22 for specifics.
